The ranking of “50 Most Effective Companies in Vietnam” (TOP50) is implemented by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine in collaboration with Thien Viet Securities Company based on measuring the business results of companies for 3 consecutive years, based on 3 growth indicators: Revenue, return on equity (ROE) and earnings per share. The measurement results aim to objectively assess the management capacity of the enterprise.
TOP50 has gone through 14 years of surveying and successfully ranking companies (2012-2025); Vinamilk has achieved 14 consecutive times in this ranking. This demonstrates the company's solid capacity in the face of economic fluctuations over the past nearly two decades.

In the first 6 months of 2025, Vinamilk achieved total consolidated revenue of VND 29,710 billion, completing 46.1% of the yearly plan; with domestic and foreign net revenue reaching VND 23,624 billion and VND 6,035 billion, respectively.
As of the second quarter of 2025, Vinamilk's gross profit margin reached 42.0%, up 170 basis points (bps) from the previous quarter, thanks to improved sales scale. Accumulated for the first 6 months of 2025, this index reached 41.2%. Consolidated profit after tax (NPAT) in the second quarter of 2025 reached VND 2,489 billion and accumulated for the first 6 months of 2025 reached VND 4,076 billion, completing 42.1% of the yearly plan and earnings per share reached VND 1,720.
In the first 6 months of 2025, Vinamilk continued to promote research and development activities with more than 70 products (including new products and improved products). These products show outstanding steps in innovation of Vietnam's leading dairy enterprise. The products are developed to anticipate current consumer trends, such as high-protein milk, plant-based milk, immune-boosting products, products that bring interesting experiences to young consumers, specialized nutritional products for the elderly, etc.

Continuously expanding international markets - Vinamilk is now present in 65 countries and for the first time, export revenue exceeded 20% of total consolidated revenue.
The common point that helps businesses to be honored in the above rankings is maintaining high growth in revenue and profit. In particular, the level of commitment of the leadership team to the core business and the trend of sustainable development according to ESG criteria (Environment - Society - Governance).
Sustainable development is also one of Vinamilk's four strategic spearheads in the 2022-2026 period. With the message "We change for you", Vinamilk is showing flexible adaptation to new consumer trends. The focus on research - development and product improvement has initially shown effectiveness, as some new products have accounted for up to 10% of revenue in the same product line.
In August 2025, Vinamilk was ranked AAA+ by Brand Finance, the highest level of brand strength, and was also evaluated as the Top 1 most potential dairy brand in the world. Vinamilk continues to be the only Vietnamese dairy company to be included in the Fortune 500 Southeast Asia 2025 rankings for the second consecutive year, just announced by the leading American economic magazine - Fortune - in mid-June 2025. In 2025, thanks to Vinamilk's contribution, Vietnam has risen to the Top 5 countries contributing to the value of the global dairy industry. Vinamilk won the "champion" position in 2 main categories of the World Dairy Innovation Awards.
