Attending the Congress were Party Central Committee member, Vice President - General Secretary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Nguyen Thi Thu Ha; Party Central Committee member, Secretary of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee Pham Gia Tuc and the collective leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee.
Attending the congress were 298 official delegates representing all walks of life of the province.
With the theme "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development", the Congress will focus on comprehensively assessing the situation and results of implementing the Resolution of the 16th Provincial Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front Delegates, term 2019-2024 and drawing practical lessons, proposing a practical and effective action program in the new term; and consulting to elect the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the new term.
