Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the People's Committee of Thang Binh district, based on the direction of the Provincial People's Committee in Official Dispatch No. 8988 dated November 19, 2024, to focus, resolutely organize propaganda and mobilization in many appropriate forms, promptly hand over the land area of the railway overpass to ensure conditions for starting construction.
During the implementation process, if any difficulties, problems or issues arise, promptly report to relevant departments and branches for coordination and guidance on resolution within authority or advise the Provincial People's Committee for direction on resolution.
The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the People's Committee of Phuoc Son district focused on directing and resolving 4 cases of house construction on project land 327 and 661 to soon stabilize people's lives, especially for ethnic minority households.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments and branches to organize on-site inspections, provide guidance on resolving and removing difficulties and obstacles for localities in the work of compensation, site clearance and resettlement of the project according to their authority; promptly advise and propose to the Provincial People's Committee to direct the resolution of difficulties and problems arising during the implementation process.
At the same time, urgently approve the adjustment of the cadastral map and guide the People's Committees of Que Son district and Thang Binh district to carry out relevant documents and procedures to clear the land for the case of the households of Ms. Dang Thi Thu Ha and Mr. Hong Dung overlapping the boundary of Que Minh commune, Que Son district with Binh Lanh commune, Thang Binh district.
The People's Committee of Que Son district is responsible for coordinating with the People's Committee of Thang Binh district to inspect and adjust records and procedures related to the land of the households of Ms. Dang Thi Thu Ha and Mr. Hong Dung overlapping the boundary of Que Minh commune with Binh Lanh commune; ensuring conditions for the People's Committee of Thang Binh district to carry out compensation, site clearance, land recovery, and handover to the project...
