On the morning of October 17, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Trung Ward and Minh Dang Quang Buddhist Monastery (Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Binh Trung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) held the inauguration ceremony of Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space.
Attending the ceremony were Most Venerable Thich Minh Buu, Standing Member of the Executive Council of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, Abbot of Minh Dang Quang Dharma Institute;
Most Venerable Thich Minh Thanh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Executive Council of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha; Ms. Tran Thi Thuy Mai, Deputy Head of the Department of Ethnic and Religious Affairs, Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.
The Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space project is an activity to celebrate the country's major holidays, to welcome the peak emulation period "100 days of streamlined - strong - effective - efficient - effective activities" to welcome the success of the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress and the Congress of the Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations of Ho Chi Minh City (term 2025 - 2030).

Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space at Minh Dang Quang Buddhist Monastery is a project with profound political and cultural significance, contributing to creating positive changes in the awareness and actions of cadres, party members, union members, association members and people of all walks of life in the ward as well as Buddhist followers to better understand the spirit of patriotism, humanistic values, thoughts and character of Ho Chi Minh.
Most Venerable Thich Minh Buu shared that he believes that after the ceremony, Buddhist followers will promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, contributing to spreading a healthy and beneficial cultural space for everyone.
From there, Buddhists see the values of truth, goodness and beauty of Uncle Ho in the period of innovation, development and integration in accordance with traditional values and customs, as well as promoting the spirit of mutual love, solidarity, respect for sentiment, justice and morality of society.
The Venerable hopes to receive the support of Buddhists in studying and following Uncle Ho's moral ideology. From there, he will continue to build more "Ho Chi Minh cultural spaces" in the ward.
