The VPSF 2025 synthesis report was developed from the opinions of nearly 6,500 delegates, more than 3,000 contributions sent from the business community through 12 local dialogue sessions, 4 thematic sessions and a high-level session with the participation and direct direction of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh .
The opinions focused on four key groups of issues: perfecting institutions, promoting innovation, international integration and improving internal corporate governance capacity. The report also made many breakthrough recommendations, notably a training program for 10,000 CEOs, aiming to build a generation of Vietnamese business leaders with Heart - Vision - Talent.
Mr. Dang Hong Anh, Chairman of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association and Chairman of VPSF 2025, emphasized that the report will be completed and sent to the Government and relevant agencies, serving as an important basis for policy planning and adjustment.
Not stopping at the synthesis stage, the Association will establish a mechanism to monitor and supervise the reception and handling of recommendations, and coordinate with ministries, branches and localities to ensure that the recommendations are responded to and implemented substantially.
In the coming time, the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association aims to build an online, transparent and regularly updated policy feedback channel, in parallel with regular dialogue sessions. “Our commitment is to turn initiatives from the forum into action, contributing to removing bottlenecks and creating momentum for the development of the private economic sector,” Mr. Hong Anh affirmed.
In order to concretize the results of VPSF 2025, the Association also officially announced the training program for 10,000 CEOs in the period of 2025-2030. The roadmap includes three phases: starting from the fourth quarter of 2025 with the first 1,000 students; accelerating in the period of 2027-2029 with 7,000 students; and spreading sustainably in 2030 to complete the goal.
The training content closely follows the set of 8 core competencies of modern leaders such as business strategy, financial management, human resources, risk, technology, innovation and international integration.
Ms. Pham Thi Bich Hue, Vice President of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, Head of the VPSF 2025 Organizing Committee, said that this is not only a training program, but also a journey of connection and mentoring, where each senior entrepreneur mentors two new entrepreneurs, building a strong, united and mutually developing entrepreneurial community.
