The 1st Congress of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, held a preparatory session.

On the afternoon of October 8, at the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee Hall - Facility 2 (4 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Tan Ninh Ward, Tay Ninh Province), the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee held the Preparatory Session of the 1st Congress of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

Attending the Preparatory Session were: Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Quyet; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Manh Hung; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Pham Hung Thai; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Thanh Hai; and 447/448 delegates representing more than 94,257 party members in the entire Provincial Party Committee.

The first Congress of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030 took place from October 8-10 with the theme: Building a clean and strong Party and political system; promoting the tradition of bravery and resilience; making breakthroughs in socio-economic development, improving people's lives; ensuring national defense and security; together with the whole country, advancing strongly in the era of national development.

With the slogan of action "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the 1st Congress of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030 is an important political event of the province, of historical significance after the merger of Tay Ninh and Long An provinces from July 1, 2025, opening a milestone for a new, comprehensive and sustainable development path.

The Congress is also an opportunity to objectively and comprehensively assess the implementation of the Resolution of the Congress for the 2020-2025 term, clearly pointing out the results achieved, shortcomings, limitations, causes and drawing lessons; at the same time, determining viewpoints, goals, tasks and main solutions for the 2025-2030 term.

On the first working day, the Congress elected: Presidium of 19 comrades; The secretariat consists of 3 comrades; The Congress Delegate Qualification Examination Committee consists of 3 comrades.

The Congress listened to the Delegate Qualification Examination Committee report on the situation and qualifications of delegates attending the Congress and voted on the qualifications of delegates. The Congress also approved the Rules, Working Program, and Working Regulations of the Congress.

The Congress divided into 7 discussion groups, listened to instructions on the discussion content of the Documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress and the Documents of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and discussed in groups.
