In 2025, Emulation Block No. 9 (including units: Thai Son Corporation, Corporation 319, Dong Bac Corporation (Army Corps 19), Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation, Lung Lo Construction Corporation, Van Xuan General Import-Export Corporation, Corporation 36, Technical Application and Production Company - TECAPRO) has successfully implemented the Emulation Movement to Win.

Party committees, party organizations, and commanders at all levels in emulation units have thoroughly grasped the Party's viewpoints and policies, resolutions and directives of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense ; and instructions of the General Department of Politics on emulation and reward work; concretized them in units to issue directive documents and implement them; and promptly supplemented and amended regulations on emulation and reward work.

Effectively implement projects combining national defense with economy , economy with national defense; proactively research, evaluate, and accurately forecast the situation to have leadership policies and measures, determine production and business plans and solutions, and propose measures to carry out tasks appropriate to the reality of each unit.
