Exciting emulation atmosphere to welcome the Congress of the Youth Union at all levels

In the exciting competitive atmosphere welcoming the Congress of the Youth Union at all levels,

towards the Congress of Delegates of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ninh province   and the National Congress of the Youth Union   In the 13th term, 2025-2030, youth of the whole province are enthusiastically implementing practical and meaningful youth projects and tasks.

The Provincial Youth Union launched a special emulation campaign to welcome the Youth Union Congresses at all levels, towards the 13th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ninh province, term 2025-2030.

Through many rich and diverse forms, the Youth Union chapters at all levels have promoted extensive propaganda about the Youth Union Congresses at all levels. In particular, focusing on educating about the heroic history of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the achievements and contributions of the Union in the process of the Vietnamese revolution; combining education about the historical traditions of the nation, the revolutionary traditions of the locality and unit. At the same time, propaganda about young heroes, exemplary Youth Union members and exemplary Youth Union and Association cadres of all periods. Through propaganda and education activities about the traditions and history of the country and the nation, the aim is to protect the ideological foundation of the Party and fight against erroneous and hostile views in the Youth Union organizations at all levels.

In particular, from mid-September 2025, the Provincial Youth Union organized the festival "Quang Ninh Youth - Pride and Progress" with a series of practical activities to welcome the 16th Provincial Party Congress and launch a special emulation campaign to welcome the Youth Union Congresses at all levels, towards the 13th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ninh province, term 2025-2030, attracting 1,500 union members and young people to participate.

At the event, the Provincial Youth Union coordinated with accompanying units to donate over 2 billion VND for youth projects and works and support students and children to overcome difficulties. Among them, there were 2 charity houses worth 100 million VND, 1 computer classroom worth 100 million VND, 330 gifts for poor students to overcome difficulties worth 100 million VND, support for the construction of youth projects on Tran Island worth 300 million VND and 1.5 billion VND to restore 1,000 photos of "The Fire and Flower Period" for heroic martyrs in the province. Along with that, the launching of the project "Quang Ninh Digital Map - Cultural Colors"; dance performance "Party Words - Calling the Heart" ; colorful festival "I Love the Fatherland"; discussion "Stories of the Fire and Flower Period" to meet, exchange, review historical traditions between people with meritorious services, historical witnesses and the young generation; festival of young propaganda teams; art program "Quang Ninh Youth - Pride and Progress"...

Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Vu Thi Thuy Linh said: Responding to the emulation campaign of the Provincial Youth Union, the Provincial Youth Union presented the project "Computer classroom for children" worth 100 million VND to Huc Dong Secondary School (Binh Lieu commune). The project was implemented from the contribution of Youth Union bases and mobilized from social resources, not only practically establishing achievements to welcome the Youth Union Congresses at all levels but also contributing to creating conditions for students in mountainous areas to access information technology, practice digital skills, effectively serving their studies and career orientation in the future.

Not only the Provincial People's Committee Youth Union, many Youth Union units in the province are also actively implementing meaningful projects and tasks towards the Youth Union Congresses at all levels. Typically, the Mong Cai 2 Ward Youth Union organized the installation of a youth project sign "Solar-powered drowning warning device" worth 10 million VND; the Yen Tu Ward Youth Union implemented the "Gratitude Home Yard" project worth nearly 25 million VND, presented to policy households in the area; the Dong Trieu Ward Youth Union undertook the project of repairing the "Children's Playground" in the area   Doan Xa 1,   worth over 10 million dong...

Along with that, the Youth Union units also organized many exciting sports, cultural and artistic activities such as football tournaments, pickleball tournaments, and art performances to welcome the congress, contributing to creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere, spreading the spirit of solidarity, creativity and the desire to contribute of the youth to build Quang Ninh to become more and more prosperous, civilized, modern and happy.
