In recent years, the emulation movement "Good Teaching - Good Learning" has been widely deployed in educational institutions in the province, creating a strong driving force for innovation in each school, contributing to improving the quality of comprehensive education.

The competitive atmosphere of good teaching and good learning spreads in every class and every lecture, creating a new momentum in teaching and learning.

At Ea Rok Primary School (Ea Rok Commune), the movement is concretized through specialized topics on innovative teaching methods and techniques. The school organizes regular professional activities and thoroughly discusses in the Pedagogical Council to choose teaching methods suitable to the abilities and characteristics of students. Through observing and visiting classes, teachers exchange experiences and share ways to handle pedagogical situations, thereby improving assessment skills and supporting students in the learning process.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Anh, Principal of Ea Rok Primary School, said: “Although there are many difficulties due to the remote location and the majority of students are from disadvantaged backgrounds, the school always encourages teachers to self-study and improve their professional skills, especially in information technology. Thanks to that, the application of technology in teaching has been effective, helping students to be more proactive, interested and creative in each lesson.”

Every year, Pham Van Dong High School (Son Thanh Commune) launches 4 emulation campaigns "Good Teaching - Good Learning" among all teachers and students, the highlight of which is the occasion to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20) and the anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26). During the emulation periods, the school implemented many specific activities, such as: good teaching periods, teaching conferences, good study sessions, good study weeks, the "1,000 flowers with 10 points" movement... Mr. Tran Tuan Anh, Vice Principal of Pham Van Dong High School shared: "Every school year, professional groups also organize many rich extracurricular activities such as: "Literary Impressions", "Youth with the homeland's sea and islands", "Mathematics with life", or the "Water Rocket Engine" contest... Thanks to that, the quality of teaching and learning of the school is increasingly improved, in the 2024 - 2025 school year alone, the school had 27 students winning provincial-level excellent student awards, 2 students winning national-level awards and 100% of students passing high school graduation...

Keeping up with the 4.0 education trend, schools in the province have promoted the application of information technology in teaching, management, testing and evaluation. Each lesson becomes an interactive space, connecting teachers, students and a rich open learning resource on the internet.

At Nguyen Tat Thanh Secondary School (Quang Phu Commune), the "Teach Well - Learn Well" movement has been implemented synchronously, creating a dynamic and modern learning environment. 100% of teachers are proficient in using information technology, sharing learning materials in the school's common digital learning material warehouse, and at the same time building a question bank and multiple choice questions to serve the testing and assessment of students. Mr. Phan Huu Xa, Principal of the school, said: "The school organizes centralized testing for the whole school, sets cross-block questions, cuts and mixes questions using software to ensure fairness and objectivity. 100% of classrooms have internet connection, are equipped with TVs to support projection, serving well for visual teaching and learning. Thanks to that, the lessons become lively, students have access to open sources of knowledge, learning goes hand in hand with practice, contributing to improving overall quality."

In parallel, activities to foster excellent students, competitions for excellent teachers, teaching conferences, demonstration teaching... have been maintained regularly by schools, creating opportunities for teachers to learn, exchange and spread good methods and effective ways of doing things. Each good study hour and good study week becomes a bright spot in the emulation movement of each school and each class.

According to the assessment of the Department of Education and Training, the emulation movement "Teach well - Learn well" has really gone into depth, bringing positive results. The quality of comprehensive education is constantly being improved; schools actively innovate content, methods, and diversify learning forms. Professional activities are increasingly organized systematically, linked to practice, meeting the requirements of current educational innovation.
