In Spacetime episode 5, the epidemic situation after the storm and flood is getting more and more complicated. The number of infected people is increasing rapidly, causing the local medical station to be overloaded. Doctor Mien suggests transferring some patients to the battalion medical station, but Lieutenant Colonel Le Nguyen Dai cannot decide on this himself.

The weather was harsh, the transport infrastructure had not been repaired, the area was isolated, waiting for reinforcements became difficult. Lieutenant Colonel Dai asked for instructions from his superiors and decided to move Battalion 1, keeping the logistics and medical units, and giving up the barracks to receive and treat patients. Although this was a good solution, they still needed to wait for official instructions.

Meanwhile, people continued to come to the barracks. Due to the overload, the Battalion Commander had to limit the number of patients admitted. Knowing this, Regiment Commander Dai decided to open the gate to receive patients and hold an emergency meeting to find a solution.

Therefore, Lieutenant Colonel Dai decided to set up a temporary field hospital and assign clear tasks to fight the epidemic.
