Accordingly, the working delegation had a working session with the Party Committee and People's Committee of A Luoi 1, A Luoi 3 and A Luoi 4 communes. The working content focused on key issues such as: Publishing work, coordinating propaganda to promote the image and people, potential advantages of A Luoi land to readers, as well as the coordination mechanism to provide information to the press.

At the meeting, Ms. Hoang Thi Phuong Hue emphasized: Hue Newspaper and Radio and Television are implementing most of the communication channels and have a wide spread, being a bridge to bring official information to a large number of audiences and readers in Hue City, both domestically and internationally. With the aim of propagating the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State and building a two-way information platform between the people and the Party Committee and the government of the communes in A Luoi region.

Hue Newspaper and Television propose to cooperate in communication with localities through: Local page is a propaganda column, comprehensively, focusedly and in-depthly reflecting the implementation of resolutions of Party Committees, People's Councils of communes and wards, targets, programs, key projects and issues arising in the construction and development of local socio -economy; Coordinate with localities and units in producing, broadcasting and propagating on print newspapers, radio, television and existing digital platforms in-depth reports introducing the land, people, cultural lifestyle and typical products and services of the locality in the most comprehensive way.

To implement Directive No. 11 dated December 28, 1996 of the Politburo and Official Dispatch No. 1811 dated January 6, 2023 of the Standing Committee of the Hue City Party Committee on continuing to purchase and read Party newspapers and magazines, Hue Newspaper and High School propose that the unit order Hue Today Newspaper for the Standing Committee or Executive Committee of the Party Committee and each Party cell secretary and head of the residential group 1 copy of Hue Today Newspaper.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Ho Dam Giang, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of A Luoi 3 commune, hoped that Hue Newspaper and Radio and Television would continue to strengthen communication and propaganda work on the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State, and spread information and images of A Luoi 3 commune. At the same time, it is necessary to effectively implement the newspaper distribution in accordance with the spirit of Directive No. 11 of the Politburo and the official dispatches of the Standing Committee of the Hue City Party Committee. The commune Party Committee will focus on leading and directing the implementation of ordering and purchasing Party newspapers by clearly identifying people, jobs, and units.

Ms. Le Thi Quynh Tuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of A Luoi 4 Commune, said: The locality identifies grassroots communication work as an important task and is ready to coordinate with the Newspaper and Hue Radio and Television in the coming time. A Luoi 4 Commune also wishes to strengthen communication work, propagate the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State, and spread information, activities, and images of the new commune after the administrative unit arrangement. Regarding the local page section, the Party Committee agreed on the implementation policy and assigned the Commune People's Committee to sign a propaganda agreement in 2026.
