Program to celebrate the 69th anniversary of the Vietnam Youth Union's traditional day

On the afternoon of October 12, the Secretariat of the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union (VYU) organized a ceremony to celebrate the 69th anniversary of the Vietnam Youth Union's traditional day (October 15, 1956 - October 15, 2025).

The Secretariat of the Provincial Youth Union Committee presented the decision to establish and presented flowers to the Vinh Long Provincial Training Council for the period 2025 - 2029.

Here, delegates and more than 300 union officials, members and young people together reviewed the 69-year tradition of the Vietnam Youth Union in training and growing up; participated in the exchange forum " I love my Fatherland" to meet and exchange with union officials, members and outstanding young people.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nha - Deputy Secretary of Vinh Long Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union of Vietnam said: Under the glorious flag of the Communist Party of Vietnam , continuing the heroic revolutionary tradition of the nation, generations of Vietnamese youth have constantly promoted patriotism, burning aspirations, pioneering spirit, volunteering, not afraid of difficulties and hardships, ready to sacrifice to gain independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity of the Fatherland; strive to study and work to build a strong and prosperous Vietnam. Since its establishment, the provincial Youth Union chapters have promoted the role of youth in all fields, contributing their youth to participate in socio-economic development, building new rural areas and civilized urban areas...

To continue promoting the glorious tradition of the association and meet the requirements of the new period, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nha suggested that the association's chapters in the province strengthen political education, foster belief in revolutionary ideals for members and youth; continue to widely and effectively deploy the movement " I love my Fatherland" associated with concrete actions in youth life. At the same time, build a strong, professional association that adapts to the digital age.

On this occasion, the Secretariat of the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union also awarded 45 union officials, members and outstanding youth with outstanding achievements in studying, training, working and creating.
