Lang Son branch invites young female teacher to teach

Lang Son plans to spend more than 100 million VND to invite a young teacher who graduated with excellent degrees in Literature Pedagogy from Hanoi National University of Education to teach.

On July 14, 2025, the People's Committee of Lang Son province issued Decision No. 1607/QD-UBND on approving the list and budget estimates for implementing the policy of attracting highly qualified people to work in the locality.

This is a move to concretize Resolution No. 15/2022/NQ-HDND and Resolution No. 23/2024/NQ-HDND of the People's Council of Lang Son province, with the important goal of attracting high-quality human resources, especially in the field of education, contributing to improving the quality of human resources and socio -economic development of the province.

According to this Decision, Lang Son province will spend 110 million VND to attract Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thao (born September 14, 2000), who graduated with honors in Literature Pedagogy from Hanoi Pedagogical University, to teach at Huu Lung High School under the Department of Education and Training of the province.

In which, the basic support level is 100 million VND, plus 10 million VND in support because Ms. Thao is a woman, entitled to an additional 10% policy according to current regulations.

The payment of this fund will be the responsibility of the Department of Finance of Lang Son province, which will submit it to the Provincial People's Committee to issue a decision on allocating the state budget expenditure estimate for 2025. At the same time, the Director of the Department of Education and Training is responsible for the accuracy of the records and documents related to the payment of this attraction policy.

Lang Son's policy of attracting high-quality human resources is expected to create a strong motivation, encouraging young people with excellent professional qualifications to choose to make long-term contributions to Lang Son.
