Here, the delegation visited and worked directly with 3 households including: Nguyen Thi Dieu Minh (Phu An Nam village), Le Thi Diem (Phu An Nam 1 village) and Tran Song Cong Dung (An Ninh village) who are borrowing capital from the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies to implement a model of breeding cows, investing in clean water and rural environmental sanitation systems, and developing production.

Through the actual inspection, Mr. Vuong Van Minh highly appreciated the proactive spirit and awareness of using capital for the right purposes of the families. The models have brought good results, helping people gradually increase their income, improve their lives and stabilize their livelihoods. The Deputy General Director of the Social Policy Bank emphasized that the achieved results show that policy capital has been playing its proper role in sustainable poverty reduction and social security. Mr. Vuong Van Minh suggested that the Khanh Hoa Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch continue to advise the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to mobilize more resources to support preferential loans for people to invest in production development, increase income, contribute to local economic development and perform well in social security work. The entrusted socio -political organizations closely monitor the use of capital and promptly support and advise people in the process of implementing production models.
