Hai Duong province leaders request to resolve citizens' petitions thoroughly and in accordance with regulations.

Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang and Provincial People's Committee Chairman Le Ngoc Chau periodically received citizens in March.

On the morning of March 19, comrades Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee; Le Ngoc Chau, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee periodically received citizens in March. Also receiving were leaders of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee and a number of relevant sectors and localities.

At the meeting, Hai Duong provincial leaders received 3 citizens and groups of citizens.

A group of citizens including Mr. Nguyen Dinh Nhuan, Tran Quang Tiep, and Nghien Dinh Ung in Cong Hoa commune (Nam Sach) requested the leaders of Hai Duong province to pay a one-time allowance according to Decree No. 73/2009/ND-CP dated September 7, 2009 of the Government to the Commune Police.

After listening to the petition of the citizen group and the Department of Home Affairs, the People's Committee of Nam Sach district reported, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang assigned the People's Committee of Nam Sach district to quickly have a solution and report before April 15, 2025.

Chairman of Nam Sach District People's Committee Ho Ngoc Lam reported and clarified some contents at the citizen reception session.

A group of citizens in Lai Cach town (Cam Giang) represented by Ms. Mai Thi Thuy came to make a petition regarding compensation and support for site clearance when the state reclaims land to implement the Lai Cach Industrial Park Infrastructure Business Project.

According to the report of the People's Committee of Cam Giang district and the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the majority of people agreed. The provincial and district departments always have the viewpoint of providing the highest support to the people in accordance with the law.

A group of citizens in Cong Hoa commune (Nam Sach) requested the leaders of Hai Duong province regarding the one-time payment of allowances to the commune police.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment to send officials to support the locality in thoroughly resolving the matter. Citizens should cooperate with the locality to carry out the project steps and procedures; and strictly handle cases that violate the law.

Mr. Tran Van Dia in Phu Thu ward (Kinh Mon) requested to change the regime when worshiping martyrs. Provincial leaders assigned the Department of Home Affairs and Kinh Mon town People's Committee to proactively coordinate and quickly come up with a solution to report and respond to citizens.

At the regular citizen reception, the provincial leaders requested departments, branches, sectors and localities to resolve citizens' petitions thoroughly, quickly and in accordance with regulations. When receiving citizens and resolving complaints and denunciations, it is necessary to explain and respond to citizens in a way that is easy to understand according to the bases and regulations.
