Provincial People's Committee leaders received Tokyu Group

(BDO) On the afternoon of June 17, Mr. Bui Minh Tri, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, received and worked with Tokyu Corporation (Japan) led by Mr. Hirohisa Fujiwara, Standing Member of the Board of Directors, Director of International Business of Tokyu Corporation, on the progress of research on the LRT urban railway line in Binh Duong province. At the meeting, Mr. Hirohisa Fujiwara thanked the support of all levels and sectors of Binh Duong province in the past time in cooperating with Becamex Tokyu in the pre-feasibility study for the LRT light rail development project in Thu Dau Mot City. According to the proposed study of Tokyu Group, LRT is an important part of the Metro (MRT) planning, LRT can play the role of MRT branch lines. Along with the advantages of the LRT model such as fast construction time and low construction costs, it is necessary to prioritize investment in the construction of the LRT line in the inner city of Binh Duong New City.
