During 4 days, more than 540 trainees who are account holders, accountants of departments, branches, Party Committees, People's Councils, People's Committees of 48 communes, wards and public service units in the province were disseminated and guided on Circular No. 24/2024/TT-BTC dated April 17, 2024 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the administrative and career accounting regime effective from January 1, 2025 and the State Budget Law 2025 approved by the National Assembly on June 25, 2025, effective from the 2026 budget year.
At the training class, the lecturer directly guided the accounting team and financial officers on the main contents, new points, and changes in Circular 24/2024/TT-BTC; provided updated knowledge on the direction of amending the State Budget Law, preparing for effective implementation when the law officially takes effect; answered questions, discussed practical expertise, and helped trainees apply flexibly to their work.
The circulars and laws have many new points in line with the requirements of reforming the current financial management and public accounting mechanism as well as important changes related to budget decentralization, revenue and expenditure management and public financial accountability. Timely and complete updates of these contents are extremely necessary for the finance and accounting staff in administrative agencies and public service units.
