Bao Minh urgently supports victims in serious bus accident in Lao Cai

Regarding the tragic traffic accident that occurred in Viet Hong commune - Lao Cai province, Bao Minh Joint Stock Corporation (Bao Minh) confirmed that the passenger bus involved in the accident had participated in compulsory civil liability insurance (TNDS) for motor vehicle owners.

Decree No. 67/2023/ND-CP of the Government regulating compulsory civil liability insurance of motor vehicle owners, compulsory fire and explosion insurance, compulsory insurance in construction investment activities, issued on September 6, 2023 by the Government. Accordingly, the maximum insurance liability in car accidents for personal injury is VND 150,000,000/person/incident and property damage is VND 100,000,000/incident.
