When she was unemployed, she was delighted to see recruitment information that matched her major. After carefully researching the job, she learned more about the culture of the company she was applying to.

"I support companies that organize team building. However, after watching the activities of that unit such as the game of men and women riding inflatable horses and passing food, water, powder... to each other by mouth, I realized that I could not belong there," Ms. Ngoc Anh said frankly.
According to this worker, such games simulate kissing and physical contact, which are very offensive. Therefore, although she was quite interested in the position being recruited, she decided not to apply.

Need to consult workers
From the fact that many people are afraid to participate in hot, outdoor team building activities with strenuous exercise, Mr. Q. thinks that they should choose activities that are convenient at tourist destinations such as organizing cultural activities at dinner parties... In addition, regularly organize related departments and offices at the end of the month to connect with each other more.
"In general, I think organizing such activities will be sustainable in the long term and create real sharing and connection between leaders and employees in the company," this employee suggested.
Ms. Ngoc Anh still supports team building within the framework of vacation, healthy eating and entertainment, and company-sponsored activities.
However, according to this young person, it is necessary to limit strenuous activities and outdoor games because not everyone is energetic and has enough physical strength to participate in activities in hot weather.
