Recently, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department issued a wanted warrant for Huynh Xuan Van (34 years old, from Ben Tre , residing in Binh Chanh district) for the crime of "Fraudulent appropriation of property".

It is known that Van is the Deputy Director of K Supper LLC (aka K Supper Showroom, headquartered in District 1) specializing in supercar trading in Vietnam. This company is directed by Phan Cong Khanh (alias Khanh Super, 30 years old, from Ben Tre, residing in District 7), who was prosecuted and temporarily detained by Ho Chi Minh City Police at the end of July 2023 for the crime of "Fraudulent appropriation of property".

The police also prosecuted Mohamach Da Pha (27 years old, residing in Chau Thanh district, An Giang province, a collaborator of Showroom K Supper) for the crime of "Abuse of trust to appropriate property".

Ho Chi Minh City police have clarified a case in which Huynh Xuan Van and Phan Cong Khanh swindled a super car for 24.5 billion VND.

Specifically, through social networks, in October 2021, tycoon LHP (32 years old, living in Phu Quoc city, Kien Giang province) knew and contacted Phan Cong Khanh to buy a Mc Laren supercar for 30 billion VND. In January 2022, Mr. P. continued to buy a Mercedes G800 Brabus supercar from Phan Cong Khanh for 24 billion VND.

Both of these supercars are owned by Mr. LHP.

On June 3, 2023, Phan Cong Khanh contacted Mr. LHP to borrow 2 supercars to display for the opening of K Super Showroom (at 6 Tran Hung Dao Street, Pham Ngu Lao Ward, District 1) from June 6, 2023 to June 8, 2023. Mr. P. agreed and when lending the 2 cars, he left the original vehicle documents and registration papers on the cars.

When the loan period ended, Mr. P. asked Phan Cong Khanh to return the McLaren supercar to him, but did not return the G800 Brabus.

When Phan Cong Khanh was arrested, Mr. P. found out that Khanh and Huynh Xuan Van had sold his G800 Brabus supercar to another person. Therefore, Mr. P. filed a complaint against the two people to the Criminal Police Department.

Through investigation, it was determined that in 2019, Khanh and Van contributed capital, each 50%, to establish K-Supper Trading and Service Company Limited, each contributing 50%. Khanh was the director, and Van was the deputy director.

Both of them create a cover as famous players, tycoons. Specifically, Khanh often appears on social networks with images of supercars worth tens of billions of dong, rare in Vietnam, has relationships with the rich and famous people in the country. And Khanh is known as the number 1 player, supercar dealer in Vietnam and owns K Super, which is also the number 1 supercar showroom in Vietnam for a period.

Huynh Xuan Van is the Deputy Director of K Super, also a famous supercar player and a tycoon in the real estate industry.

In fact, the supercars that Khanh and Van used to move around and display at the showroom were identified as borrowed from many other people.

Regarding the above-mentioned G800 Brabus supercar of the Phu Quoc tycoon, the police determined that on June 10, 2023, Khanh and Huynh Xuan Van sold it to Mr. THP (41 years old, residing in Binh Thanh district) for 24.5 billion VND.

During the transaction, Van told Mr. THP that this was a purchased car, owned by Van and that the procedures would be completed immediately upon purchase. Van signed a car purchase and sale contract, without notarization, and agreed to pay in 3 installments.

Mr. THP paid 16.8 billion VND, the remaining 7.7 billion VND, the two parties agreed to deliver the full amount on July 5, 2023 when the transfer procedure was completed. However, by the time the appointment was made, Mr. THP could not contact Van and fled. After that, the case of Phan Cong Khanh and his accomplices defrauding the purchase and sale of supercars was uncovered.

The Criminal Technical Institute in Ho Chi Minh City - Ministry of Public Security has the results of the appraisal, the signature under the name of Huynh Xuan Van in the sales contract and other documents compared with the comparison samples, is signed by the same person.

Regarding Phan Cong Khanh's behavior, the Investigation Police Agency has so far clarified that this defendant and a number of accomplices have defrauded many people through the buying and selling of supercars.

During the investigation, Phan Cong Khanh confessed that he had frequently gone to Cambodia to gamble. Since then, Khanh had lost a large amount of money gambling, leading to bankruptcy and borrowing money from many sources.

Recently, some creditors came to K Supper Showroom and to their homes to collect debts. To have money to pay off debts, Khanh took the customers' cars to the showroom to pawn or sell.

The typical incident that led to Khanh Super's arrest was pawning a McLaren BKS 51F - 821xx car worth 10 billion VND from Ms. LNTH (residing in Thu Duc district).

Ms. H. parked her car at K Supper Showroom (6 Tran Hung Dao Street, District 1) for Khanh to sell it for her. At the end of May, Khanh tricked her into getting the original car registration and then gave it to Mohamach Da Pha to pawn it to someone else for 2 billion VND.

In addition, some people complained about Phan Cong Khanh appropriating their property through buying flowers to give to customers who transacted cars at the showroom; money for building and repairing the showroom... and many other accusations.
