Luong The Thanh said about the character Lo Dat: "The first time I read the script, I was attracted to this character. This is the first positive role that I found so attractive. I have a lot of things to express with the character, from the way I walk, talk to the way I express my emotions to the people around me.
From the beginning to the end of the film, I had to act through my eyes, expressing the character's inner thoughts without overusing body language. There are many emotional levels in Lu Dat for me to express, to put my soul into, to make the character more vivid."
Luong The Thanh returns to cinema
Luong The Thanh was born in 1982. After more than a decade as an actor, he has a "fortune" of famous TV series such as Land of happiness, The Scent of Coriander, Gate of the Sun ... He left an impression on the audience with his natural acting, masculine appearance and specializing in heroic and chivalrous roles.
Demon Prince is the first horror-historical film that Luong The Thanh participated in, marking his return to cinema after 13 years.

He shared: "More than ten years ago, the film industry in Vietnam was not as developed and invested in as it is now, so I also focused on acting in TV dramas and performing on stage quite a lot.
I returned to acting in movies with great enthusiasm, luckily at the right time when Vietnamese cinema was developing very well. I was also under pressure because I hadn't acted in a movie for a long time, I had to try to get back in the rhythm, really focus and invest in the role."
Demon Prince inspired by the original famous horror novel called Strange Stories of the Ly Dynasty by author Phan Cuong.
