The launching event of Sea Tower, the second tower of Grand Marina, Saigon - the world-class Marriott & JW Marriott branded apartments, also marks the milestone of JW Marriott's urban branded apartment line being launched for the first time in Asia - Pacific and officially coming into operation in Vietnam.

Representatives of Masterise Homes and Marriott International conducted the ribbon-cutting ceremony to inaugurate the JW Marriott Grand Marina Saigon branded apartment complex at Sea Tower.

On the morning of February 25, 2025, Masterise Homes held the opening ceremony of SEA building, Grand Marina, Saigon, located at 2 Ton Duc Thang Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The event marked the official opening of the first JW Marriott branded apartment complex in Vietnam. This is also the first urban branded residence project of JW Marriott in the Asia-Pacific region. The opening ceremony welcomed the presence of senior leaders from Masterise Homes, Marriott International, and representatives from international partners.

Sea is the second tower completed in Grand Marina, Saigon - a 10-hectare project developed by Masterise Homes, planned to become the world's largest Marriott and JW Marriott branded apartment complex. Located in Ba Son - a golden land with more than 200 years of history, Grand Marina, Saigon owns the last unique location in the heart of District 1, where land for apartment projects is becoming increasingly scarce. Sea Tower has officially come into operation, standing out in the center of District 1 with its unique LED lighting system in the shape of a cotton tree.
