Meey Group realizes international IPO strategy

(Dan Tri) - Accelerating its international IPO journey, in early October, Meey Group launched a series of strategic activities in the US and Singapore, working with many of the world's leading financial and technology organizations.

On October 7, Meey Group's board of directors had a business trip to the United States, working with international technology, financial and consulting partners. The delegation had a working session at NASDAQ headquarters (New York) to learn about the operating mechanism of the international capital market, requirements for transparent information disclosure and governance standards for technology enterprises.

Mr. Hoang Mai Chung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Meey Group, affirmed: “The IPO is a strategic turning point in terms of position and trust for Meey Group. During the preparation phase, Meey Group has accompanied Loeb & Loeb LLP (USA) and YKVN (Vietnam) - two law firms in charge of legal consulting throughout the IPO process; in addition to Marcum Asia - an international auditing unit with extensive experience in the technology field; and quality inspection and certification organizations such as TÜV Nord (Germany) and British Standards Institution - BSI (UK).

Thanks to that, Meey Group has completed the management system according to international standards, achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management and ISO/IEC 27001 for information security.

Previously, on October 3, Meey Group's board of directors attended the Investor Track event organized by Golden Gate Ventures, Southeast Asia's leading venture capital fund, in Singapore. This is a forum that brings together international investment funds, global technology corporations and potential businesses in the region.

At the event, Meey Group representatives had the opportunity to meet and discuss with senior leaders of the world 's leading corporations such as Google, BNY Mellon, Nasdaq, and a series of potential strategic investment funds.

According to the company representative, appearing at major financial forums helps Meey Group directly access the international investment network, expand cooperation opportunities and strengthen the image of Vietnamese technology enterprises in the eyes of the global financial community.
