Some national intangible cultural heritages on cuisine

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just issued Decisions on the announcement of the list of National Intangible Cultural Heritage for folk knowledge: Pho Nam Dinh , Pho Hanoi and Mi Quang. Previously, the craft of making Banh Chung, Banh Day Phu Tho, the craft of making Phu Quoc fish sauce, the craft of making Nam O fish sauce... were also recognized as National Intangible Cultural Heritage.
