With the motto of focusing on the grassroots, improving the material and spiritual life of union members and workers, in recent years, the Provincial Industrial Parks (IPs) Trade Union has directed its affiliated grassroots trade unions to develop plans and diversify activities to care for and bring the best benefits to union members and workers, thereby encouraging and motivating workers to work with peace of mind, stick with the Union organization, and join hands to build increasingly sustainable businesses.

The Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union is managing 72 affiliated trade unions, with more than 39,200 union members, including over 26,500 female union members. In order to care for and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers, every year the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union constantly innovates the content and methods of operation, actively advises and coordinates with the superior trade unions and grassroots trade unions to organize propaganda work to protect workers' rights. In which, it focuses on key tasks such as: Guiding grassroots trade union organizations to develop plans, advise, coordinate with business owners to organize workers' conferences, to grasp the thoughts and aspirations, and meet the legitimate needs of union members and workers; regularly monitoring the implementation of collective labor agreements; checking and reviewing labor contracts that have expired or are about to expire; organizing consultations to help workers clearly understand their obligations, rights and benefits when signing new labor contracts; Disseminate legal education directly related to the life and work of workers; organize gift-giving activities, cultural and sports exchanges on holidays and anniversaries; conduct periodic health check-ups and in-depth examinations for workers working in arduous and toxic environments; organize training courses on labor law, trade unions, occupational safety and hygiene, fire prevention and fighting, etc. Since the beginning of 2025, most enterprises in the province's industrial parks have organized labor conferences, basically meeting the requirements of workers on salary, allowances, facilities, spiritual life, and a working environment that ensures occupational safety and hygiene; The relationship between employees and employers in enterprises is always harmonious and stable, with no cases of strikes or collective work stoppages. The average income of workers in the province's industrial parks is about 7.1 million VND/person/month.

To promote activities to care for the lives of union members and workers, the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union has encouraged 100% of the grassroots trade unions to organize many activities and programs for workers. Providing legal advice to nearly 300 union members and workers on labor contracts, labor laws, social insurance, unemployment insurance and policies related to workers; implementing democratic regulations at the grassroots level; Some units implement democratic forms such as: Publicly posting information on bulletin boards, on the radio system, on the company's internal Facebook and Zalo social networking sites, or organizing direct consultations from employees, building suggestion boxes... Especially on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union coordinated to organize the program "Tet Sum Vay - Trade Union Tet Market 2025" at Bao Minh Industrial Park (Vu Ban) taking place from January 19 to 21, including the Event Organization Area for the program "Tet Sum Vay - Spring of Thanks to the Party", art performances, lucky draws; shopping area; food court; children's play area and ornamental plant area. In particular, the shopping area has 40 booths, displaying more than 200 brands of essential goods to serve the consumption needs of union members and employees during Tet. The products sold at the "Union Tet Market" are mainly OCOP products of many enterprises inside and outside the province, with prices lower than the market price. At the "Union Tet Market", the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union gave 1,000 shopping vouchers, total value of 200 million VND to union members and workers; organized visits and gave 100 gifts, total value of 30 million VND, gave 750 shopping vouchers, total value of 150 million VND and gave 300 bus tickets with total value of 90 million VND to workers; organized the giving of 820 gifts from leaders of the Party, State, province and Provincial Labor Federation, with total value of nearly 600 million VND to union members and workers in difficult circumstances. In addition, at the electronic trading floor organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union gave 350 vouchers, with a total value of 175 million VND to union members and workers in difficult circumstances... To improve the spiritual life of union members and workers, on the occasions of International Women's Day (March 8) and International Happiness Day (March 20), the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union organized and coordinated with the Trade Union to organize flower arrangement, art and sports competitions, and give gifts to thousands of union members and workers of the Trade Unions of the Company Limited: May Viet Thuan, Youngone, Padmac Vietnam, Smart Shirts Bao Minh, Ramatex to participate. Many enterprises organized thematic activities for female workers, invited experts to talk about building happy families, taking care of reproductive health, taking care of children, raising healthy children, teaching good children...

Not only doing a good job of caring for and protecting the rights of workers, the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union also actively creates a close relationship between enterprises and workers through launching emulation movements such as "Good workers, creative workers", "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene", "Good at public work, good at housework"... From patriotic emulation movements, many typical examples have emerged, many technical initiatives of union members and workers have been applied to the production process, helping to save raw materials, costs and labor time, benefiting the State and businesses. Typical initiatives include "Using pads for propellers when producing velvet products", "Pre-installing thread colors on the machine" by Mr. Nguyen Manh Toan, a worker at Padmac Vietnam Co., Ltd.; initiatives to improve work efficiency in document drafting skills; organizing and archiving skills; Effective management of GMP records, development and drafting of production instructions (HSL) that meet and comply with WHO GMP requirements of Ms. Hoang Thi Hien, worker of Nam Duoc Company Limited; initiative to improve the efficiency of using new equipment by Mr. Do Manh Ha, worker of Nam Duoc Company Limited...

Thanks to promoting activities to care for and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers, in the first 6 months of 2025, the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union established 2 grassroots unions and developed more than 2,500 new union members. In the coming time, the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union will continue to promote caring activities, affirming its role as a "fulcrum" and a companion of union members and workers, joining hands for the sustainable development of enterprises and carrying out the task of socio-economic development of the province.
