The latest announcement of University of Education 2 has just been announced, in 2025, the school will use the following methods of enrollment for regular university training:

Direct admission and priority admission according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training ; admission using high school academic results (transcripts); admission using high school graduation exam results; admission using capacity assessment test results of Hanoi National University, Ho Chi Minh City National University, Hanoi National University of Education, Ho Chi Minh City National University of Education.

The majors of Preschool Education , Physical Education, and Sports Management use the above methods, but in the admission combinations, they use the results of aptitude tests organized by the school (not using the results of aptitude tests of other higher education institutions).

In particular, the new point in 2025 enrollment is that Hanoi Pedagogical University 2 will consider admission based on the results of a separate exam organized by the school.

Thus, by 2025, in the Pedagogical training school sector, there will be 3 universities organizing their own exams, including: Hanoi Pedagogical University, Ho Chi Minh City Pedagogical University and Hanoi Pedagogical University 2.

According to Deputy Minister of Education and Training Hoang Minh Son, the four fields that attract the most candidates this year include: Business and management, engineering and technology, computers, and pedagogy.

In particular, the number of applications for teacher training increased by 85% compared to last year (equivalent to 200,000 applications).

"Students' interest in the teaching profession is partly due to the tuition and living expenses support policy under Decree 116, so the number of applications has skyrocketed," said Mr. Son.

In recent years, the education industry has always been in the top with high benchmark scores.

According to statistics from Dan Tri reporters, in 2023, there will be nearly 27 majors with a benchmark score of 28 or higher, or an average of more than 9.3 points/subject to pass. Of these, there are 5 majors of pedagogical schools, accounting for nearly 20%.

The benchmark score at many teacher training schools is also above 27 points. This means that candidates need to achieve an average of over 9 points per subject to have a chance of being admitted.
