On September 19, 87 plots of land were auctioned in Kon Tum city, starting price was over 300 million VND.

The total area of 87 plots of land put up for auction is 18,894.2 m2. The current status of the investment in technical infrastructure has been completed (the plots of land have been leveled and the traffic system, sidewalks, electricity system, drainage system...) have been fully invested in, ensuring connection with the common infrastructure of the area.

This land is managed by the Provincial Military Command, recovered by the People's Committee of Kon Tum city in 2020 and assigned by the People's Committee of Kon Tum province to the Economic Zone Management Board to implement the urban beautification project, creating land fund to implement the planning of Sao Mai Industrial Park in Kon Tum city.

The detailed list of 87 rural land plots put up for auction includes: Subdivision ONT307 has 25 plots of land, with an area of 197.7 - 684.1 m2, starting price from 329 million VND to 1.8 billion VND; Subdivision ONT308 includes 29 plots of land, with an area of 177 - 318.7 m2, starting price from 306-641 million VND and Subdivision ONT309 includes 33 plots of land, with an area of 177.5 - 325.4 m2, starting price from 311-773 million VND.

Kon Tum Tay Nguyen Joint Stock Auction Company said that the auction will be held by direct voting, ascending price method. Each plot of land will have 01 auction session.

Time for selling auctioned asset documents is from the date of announcement (ie August 26) to 10:00 a.m. on September 16 (office hours) at Tay Nguyen Kon Tum Joint Stock Auction Company (address: No. 40 Bui Xuan Phai Street, Truong Chinh Ward, Kon Tum City, Kon Tum Province).

Location to view assets at auctioned land lots of Urban Remodeling Project Land, creating land fund to implement the planning of Sao Mai Industrial Park, Hoa Binh Commune, Kon Tum City, Kon Tum Province.

Auction time is at 8:00 a.m., September 19, at the Hall of Tay Nguyen Kon Tum Joint Stock Auction Company; address: No. 40 Bui Xuan Phai Street, Truong Chinh Ward, Kon Tum City, Kon Tum Province.

In case the number of auction participants/01 auction is too large (over 50 auction participants/1 plot of land), Tay Nguyen Kon Tum Joint Stock Auction Company will move to the Indochine Hotel Hall (address: No. 30 Bach Dang, Quyet Thang Ward, Kon Tum City, Kon Tum Province).
