Speaking at the program, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union Tran Quang Hung said that, implementing the national innovation and start-up program, implementing the "Creative Youth" movement of the Central Youth Union, in recent times, the Hanoi Youth Union has deployed many creative models and methods, contributing to creating and promoting the development of the startup and innovation ecosystem of the unit. Many policies to care for, nurture, use and promote young talents have been proposed; competitions and awards to promote the creativity of young people have been organized in a variety of ways; emulation movements to study to improve qualifications and skills, take on topics, technical improvement initiatives and emulation in production labor have continued to be deployed and widely spread.

Implementing Program No. 07 of the Hanoi Party Committee on "Promoting the development of science, technology and innovation in Hanoi in the period of 2021 - 2025", the Youth Union at all levels of the Capital has actively organized activities to implement 5 key projects to deploy and implement Program No. 07.
