The decision clearly states that the Chairman of the People's Committee at all levels where the heritage is located is responsible for managing, protecting and promoting the value of this traditional craft in accordance with the law. Along with that, it is necessary to promote vocational training for the younger generation, promote products through tourism and e-commerce, and build the brand "Thanh Tri rice rolls" as a typical culinary and cultural symbol of the capital.

Thanh Tri village ( Hanoi ) has long been famous for making rice rolls, a delicate, elegant dish imbued with Vietnamese soul. Through many historical ups and downs, Thanh Tri rice rolls are not only a daily dish of the capital's people, but also a symbol of culinary culture, carrying within it the story of ingenuity, perseverance and love for the traditional craft.

Traditional Thanh Tri rice rolls are made from finely ground rice, spread in thin layers, and have a clear white color. Unlike many other types of rice rolls, Thanh Tri rice rolls are usually served with cinnamon sausage, fried onions, and skillfully mixed fish sauce. It is this simplicity that creates the unique sophistication of the dish, making diners near and far remember it forever.

The people here still pass on the secret of making rice rolls by hand, from selecting rice, soaking, grinding flour to tending the fire and making the rice rolls. Making rice rolls is not only a livelihood, but also a source of pride, a cultural tradition preserved through many generations. For the people of Thanh Tri, rice rolls are not only a delicious dish, but also the soul of the village.

Besides traditional rice cakes, Thanh Tri rice rolls now have meat filling to serve diners' needs.

The inclusion in the national heritage list is an important opportunity to preserve, honor and promote more widely the unique cultural and culinary values of craft villages. At the same time, this is also the basis for Hanoi to connect and develop craft village tourism , creating sustainable livelihoods for people and contributing to enriching the identity of the land of thousands of years of civilization.
