Ministry-level acceptance of the Project: "History of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Police Party Committee (1975-2020)"

In Ho Chi Minh City, the Ministry of Public Security has just organized a ministerial-level acceptance of the project "History of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Police Party Committee (1975-2020)". Lieutenant General, Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Vi Dan, Member of the Central Theoretical Council, Director of the Department of Science, Strategy and History of the Public Security, Ministry of Public Security, Chairman of the Acceptance Council chaired the acceptance session.

Pursuant to Decision No. 6713/QD-BCA dated August 20, 2021 of the Minister of Public Security approving the 2021 People's Public Security Historical Science Activity Plan, Ninh Thuan Provincial Public Security was assigned to carry out the task of researching and compiling the Project "History of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Public Security Party Committee (1975 - 2020)" with Colonel Huynh Cam, Deputy Director of the Provincial Public Security as the Project Manager.

Thoroughly grasping the scientific objectives and tasks set out for the research and compilation of the History of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Police Party Committee, which plays a very important and necessary role in recreating the history of formation, development and leadership activities of the Party Committee in the struggle to protect security, order and build the Party, build the People's Police force through the periods from 1975 to 2020, the Project Management Board has agreed on the approach and thoroughly applied the historical and logical method, in which the historical method is the main one, while attaching importance to the method of summarizing and collecting expert opinions, especially the opinions of historical witnesses who are leaders, former leaders, scientists inside and outside the Police force. The Project Management Board has planned and collected documents from many sources to systematize, supplement and verify events according to the historical scientific method to clarify the objectivity, history and science of the event to serve the research and compilation.

The Acceptance Council of the Ministry of Public Security accepted the ministerial-level project "History of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Police Party Committee (1975-2020)".

At the acceptance meeting, the Project Management Board reported briefly on the research and compilation process. Accordingly, the Project Management Board has fully implemented the scientific research process: Developing a research plan, data collection and collection plan, verifying documents and materials; developing a research outline, developing a general outline, a detailed outline, and drafting a manuscript. At each step, seminars and workshops were organized to solicit opinions from leaders and scientists to edit and supplement the project manuscript.

At the acceptance session, the Acceptance Council voted to evaluate, 100% agreed to accept the ministerial-level project "History of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Police Party Committee (1975 - 2020)" with the Excellent grade.
