Tien Yen Commune: Heavy rain causes landslides, many roads are affected

Due to the impact of heavy rains that have lasted for the past few days, many mountainous roads in Tien Yen commune, especially some roads such as Dai Phong, Khe Muoi, Hua Cau, Thanh Phong... have experienced landslides. Some points have had their slopes washed away by floodwaters, posing a potential risk to traffic safety.

Immediately after the incident, Tien Yen commune authorities and local people urgently mobilized vehicles, materials and human resources to initially fix the problem and create a temporary road for people and vehicles to pass safely.

Tien Yen Commune authorities advise people not to go through landslide and deeply flooded areas on their own; at the same time, proactively monitor weather information, ensuring safety of life and property during the complicated period of rain and floods.
