Safety risks from degraded bridges

QTO - In Quang Tri province, there are currently 104 dilapidated bridges. This is a worrying situation in ensuring safety and smooth traffic for socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security. This situation needs to be addressed by the authorities soon.
