On October 8, Quy Nhon University (Gia Lai province) welcomed a delegation of the world's leading scientists, including Professor Serge Haroche - Nobel Prize winner in Physics in 2012, to visit and discuss the development orientation of Physics and basic scientific research.

Attending the meeting were Professor Serge Haroche - Nobel Prize in Physics 2012, Collège de France; Professor John Doyle - Harvard University, President of the American Physical Society (APS); Professor Elisabeth Giacobino - President of the French Physics Society; Professor Tran Thanh Van - President of the Rencontres du Vietnam.

On behalf of Quy Nhon University, there were Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Quang Ngoan - Chairman of the University Council and Associate Professor Dr. Doan Duc Tung - Principal of the University.

Speaking at the meeting, Associate Professor Dr. Doan Duc Tung expressed his honor to welcome internationally renowned professors to visit and work at the school. The Rector hopes that the visit will open up opportunities for cooperation and academic exchange, contributing to the development of Physics majors and innovation at Quy Nhon University.

“The school hopes to receive professional advice and support in human resources from leading experts, thereby gradually building an environment for training and in-depth research in the field of Physics,” Associate Professor, Dr. Doan Duc Tung emphasized.
