Ea Ba Commune proposed to continue maintaining 3 national target programs.

Continuing the program of surveying the implementation of national target programs for the period 2021 - 2025, on the afternoon of October 8, the National Assembly Delegation of the province led by comrade Le Dao Anh Xuan, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province, conducted a field survey in Ea Ba commune.

The delegation included representatives of the Departments of Finance, Agriculture and Environment, Ethnic Minorities and Religions, and leaders of the Provincial People's Council's committees.

Comrade Le Dao An Xuan, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, spoke at the survey.

Ea Ba commune, newly merged from two old administrative units ( Ea Ba commune and part of Ea Bar commune) , is currently facing many difficulties due to a streamlined apparatus but large workload, scattered infrastructure, lack of counterpart funds and slow policy guidance. The consolidation of population, land and poor household data also has many problems; while the difference in customs between villages and hamlets hinders the mobilization work.

However, the locality still achieved some positive results in the implementation of national target programs. Specifically, the poverty rate decreased to 8.5%, near-poor households to 27%; disbursement of capital for poverty reduction programs reached 65.24%, and socio -economic development programs for ethnic minority and mountainous areas reached 73.33%.

The commune proposed increasing support for livelihood models, supplementing capital to implement new rural criteria, especially in terms of transportation, clean water, environment, and proposed that the Central Government continue to maintain 3 national target programs for the period 2026 - 2030.

Concluding the survey, comrade Le Dao Anh Xuan requested departments and branches to promptly support the commune in removing difficulties, and at the same time suggested that localities review the actual lives of ethnic minority people, closely assess the situation to propose fair demarcation of difficult areas, ensuring the rights of people in the coming period.
