Valid entries are works that have not been published in books, newspapers, magazines or participated in any other contest; ensuring compliance with the contest regulations.

Works considered for awards must be authentic, accurate, objective, and have correct political ideology. Works of a fictional nature will not be considered for awards.

The content of the work must present issues that summarize and summarize practical aspects of the fields of economics, culture, society, national defense, security, party building and the political system; have the effect of orienting public opinion, positively impacting social life; discover and praise new factors, good people, good deeds, typical advanced examples; achievements in the current cause of innovation of the homeland and country under the leadership of the Party...

Each work: reflection, interview, reportage, note, journalistic memoir, commentary, essay, emagazine is an article or a series of articles (no more than 05 issues) by the same author or group of authors under the same name, about the same event, the same topic and done in the same journalistic genre. The work must be short, concise, with clear and easy-to-understand language, ensuring accuracy and authenticity. For single-issue works: no more than 3,500 words; for multi-issue works: no more than 3,000 words/issue.

The entries for the award must be published on Lang Son Newspaper or Lang Son Electronic Newspaper. When using the newspaper, Lang Son Newspaper has the right to edit and discuss with the author to ensure consistency, objectivity, truthfulness and timeliness. The entries for publication will be paid royalties according to current regulations. Members of the Jury, if having entries, do not grade their own entries.
