After more than 3 months of launching, the contest has attracted nearly 30,000 entries from children aged 5 to 15 in 32 provinces and cities. The Art Council has selected 359 works from 332 authors to display at the exhibition, of which 39 outstanding works were awarded, including 3 First prizes, 6 Second prizes, 10 Third prizes, 20 Encouragement prizes and 5 Collective prizes.

The paintings bring to the public a colorful world of childhood, expressing love for family, homeland, nature and innocent dreams. Many works reflect children's social awareness of current issues such as environmental protection or preventing school violence.
The exhibition of more than 300 unique paintings from the perspective of children shows the young generation's concern for the challenges of modern life, and at the same time demonstrates the strong development of children's art.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong congratulated the award-winning children and emphasized: “These are young artists full of talent and potential. Today’s achievements are a worthy reward for their efforts and creativity, and at the same time a motivation for them to continue pursuing their passion for art, cultivating a beautiful soul and personality.”

The event, hosted by the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibitions, is held every two years and is a national children's art festival, affirming the role of art in aesthetic education and nurturing young talent.
The exhibition runs until October 13 and is introduced online on the website: ape.gov.vn.
