In which, the theme "Stories of Hang Street" introduces the cultural lifestyle of old Hanoi families in the 1930s of the 20th century.
At the Hanoi Old Quarter Cultural Exchange Center, 50 Dao Duy Tu, a traditional music performance by the Dong Kinh Ancient Music Group will take place at 8:00 p.m. on October 19.
On this occasion, from October 9-20 at the Ho Guom Cultural Information Center (No. 2 Le Thai To), there will be a photo exhibition "Hanoi - The Day of Takeover in 1954" and a screening of the documentary "Memories of Hanoi". Also during this time at the Heritage Villa 49 Tran Hung Dao, there will be a photo exhibition "Hanoi - A Time to Remember", introducing 86 black and white photos published for the first time by two authors Le Bich and Andy Soloman (British reporters), helping viewers clearly feel the transformation of Hanoi during the renovation period.
From now until October 29, at the walking space around Hoan Kiem Lake, there is a photo exhibition "Hanoi in me".
In order to apply 4.0 technology to cultural and tourism promotion activities, from now until October 31, the Management Board of Hoan Kiem Lake and Hanoi Old Quarter will launch an online exhibition with the theme "Hey Capital City People!".
Through the exhibition, the public is introduced to archives and illustrations of the resistance war against the French by the Hanoi army and people from the late 19th century to 1954, many of which are published for the first time. The online 3D exhibition allows viewers to experience the space of Hanoi during the resistance war against the French anytime, anywhere.
