Vietnam Talent Chef Competition (VNCC) 2024 As an annual activity within the framework of the Food & Hotel Vietnam exhibition series, the Vietnam Talent Chef Competition 2024 - co-organized by Informa Market and Song Hoa Company has become a familiar playground for talented chefs from all over the country and Southeast Asia. This year, VNCC marks its 10th anniversary on the journey of accompanying the Vietnamese culinary scene and chef community. With a prestigious and powerful panel of judges from all over the world , along with a new competition - " VNCC Fine Dining Challenge" , or a special prize of the opportunity to participate in an international competition in the US for contestants in the " Real California Milk Pizza Challenge" competition , VNCC promises to become one of the valuable activities of this year's exhibition. The competition will take place over 3 days, from March 19, 2024 to March 21, 2024 at the Vietnam Talent Chef Competition (VNCC) 2024 area, building A2 & B1, SECC.

Vietnam Barista Competition (VBC) & Vietnam Aromaster Championship (VAC) At Food & Hotel Vietnam 2024 , two bartending competitions - Vietnam Barista Competition (VBC) and the search for a taste expert - Vietnam Aromaster Championship (VAC) in collaboration with Informa Markets and Barista School officially return, promising to bring exciting experiences. This year, VBC & VAC attract up to 80 contestants. The two competitions have international judges from Asian countries, along with prize values up to 400 million VND and many other attractive gifts. The competitions will take place from March 19-20, 2024 (for the Vietnam Barista Competition - VBC) and on March 21, 2024 (for the Vietnam Aromaster Championship - VAC) at building A2, SECC.

Workshop: “Sustainable F&B trends and opportunities to increase value for Vietnamese products” One of the notable activities, contributing significantly to this Food & Hotel Vietnam event, is the Workshop “Sustainable F&B trends and opportunities to increase value for Vietnamese products” , marking the cooperation between Informa Markets and the Center for Business Research and Enterprise Support (BSA) . Here, businesses will have the opportunity to grasp the trends of interest in Vietnamese tourism , along with ways to increase value for Vietnamese F&B products. The workshop will take place at 13:30 - 16:45, March 20, 2024 at the Specialized Workshop Room, Building A1, Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC). Specialized Seminars In addition to the programs organized by Informa Markets in conjunction with leading prestigious units and experts in the industry, Food & Hotel Vietnam also has specialized seminars presented by the exhibitors themselves. This year, the activity will have notable presentations such as "Introducing basic knowledge of Japanese alcoholic beverages through tasting experience and demand in Vietnam" presented by the Sake Organization - National Tax Agency of Japan , "Innovation and development for food packaging - MAP modified atmosphere packaging technology" from Mylan Group, along with other presentations from the Ministry of Agriculture and the Czech Chamber of Commerce. The program will take place in the Specialized Seminar room, Hall A1, Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC). Saladplate Business Breakfast After a long incubation period, the program "Saladplate Business Breakfast" has officially appeared at Food & Hotel Vietnam 2024 . With three presentations from leading experts from GlobalData and Euromonitor. The program opens up completely new perspectives on the Vietnamese food service industry market, future business opportunities and differences in customer behavior of Vietnamese consumers compared to other Southeast Asian countries. The program takes place at the Sunflower Conference Room, 3rd floor, SECC, with 3 presentations from 10:00 - 11:30 and 14:00 - 15:30 on March 20, 2024; 10:00 - 11:30 on March 21, 2024.
