Many activities to visit and give gifts to Dien Bien Phu soldiers

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Loi and Chairwoman of Binh Duong Provincial Fatherland Front Nguyen Thi My Hang visited and presented gifts to Mr. Nguyen Van Phung.

Accordingly, the delegation visited Mr. Nguyen Van Phung, born in 1927, in group 11, quarter 7, Phu Tho ward, Thu Dau Mot city and Mr. Bui Huu Giao, born in 1934, in quarter 6, Phu Hoa ward, Thu Dau Mot city.

At the places visited, Mr. Nguyen Van Loi and the delegation kindly visited and wished good health to the soldiers who directly participated in the Dien Bien Phu campaign in 1954, contributing to the historic victory that resounded throughout the five continents and shook the world.

Binh Duong Secretary wished the veterans good health, to continue to live happily and healthily with their children and grandchildren; and to continue to be shining examples for the younger generation to follow.

At the same time, Mr. Nguyen Van Loc, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, leaders of the People's Committee, the Red Cross Society of Binh Duong province... also had many activities to visit and give gifts to soldiers who directly participated in the Dien Bien Phu campaign in 1954 in different localities in the province.

Through review, in Binh Duong province there are currently 68 Dien Bien Phu veterans (30 people are still alive and 38 people have passed away).
