Therefore, farmers need to proactively respond, regularly check their fields to promptly detect and treat diseases.

As for rice blast disease, when detected, farmers must immediately stop fertilizing, especially nitrogen fertilizer, and proceed with treatment according to the instructions of specialized agencies. Along with that, the Department also requested local authorities to strengthen propaganda, training, and technical support for farmers in early identification and effective prevention of pests to protect crops and achieve high yields.
