From actual operations, many typical examples have emerged, demonstrating a high sense of responsibility, dedication and enthusiasm, always ready to contribute for the peace of the village.

Dedication and responsibility to the community

“In my opinion, maintaining security and order is not only the duty of the police force but also the common responsibility of the whole community. People living in a peaceful environment, without theft, conflict or social evils is a joy and also a motivation for me to continue with this job” - Mr. Vu Xuan Thuy (born in 1955) - Deputy Head of the Security and Order Protection Team of Thanh Nghia Hamlet, Tan Chau Commune, Tay Ninh Province, shared.

Mr. Vu Xuan Thuy returned lost property to people.

Being attached to the task of maintaining security and order since the early days of the group's establishment, Mr. Thuy proactively grasped the situation, closely coordinated with the Commune Police force to patrol, detect and promptly handle incidents related to security and order. As the Head of Self-Managed Residential Group No. 3, he regularly approached and listened to the opinions of the people to make appropriate proposals, contributing to connecting the people with the government.

Not only did he perform his professional duties well, he also actively propagated and mobilized people to participate in the movement of the People to protect the security of the Fatherland. With the motto of "going to every alley, knocking on every door", he and local organizations propagated and mobilized people to strictly comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and proactively prevent and denounce crimes.

“The people are the important “eyes and ears”. When people understand the law and proactively prevent crime, the pressure on the local security force will be greatly reduced,” said Mr. Thuy.

Mr. Thuy's sense of responsibility is not expressed through words but is demonstrated by specific actions, even though they are small but meaningful. At about 8:00 p.m. on February 4, 2025, while patrolling with the Thanh Dong Commune Police (now Tan Chau Commune), Mr. Thuy picked up a mobile phone in the area of Group 8, Thanh Hiep Hamlet. At the Commune Police headquarters, he returned the property to the person who lost it, Nguyen Duc Truong Giang (born in 2009).

With many contributions, Mr. Thuy has been repeatedly praised and rewarded by his superiors in the movement of All People Protecting National Security. But the greatest reward, according to him, is the trust and confidence of local people. Major Ho Quoc Tru - Deputy Chief of Tan Chau Commune Police, said: "In many cases, Mr. Thuy proactively coordinated and supported the police force to handle the case promptly and effectively. Individuals like him are the "bridge" between the government and the people, contributing to building a solid security posture from the grassroots level."

Dedicated to the peace of the people

With enthusiasm and dedication, Mr. Huynh Ngoc Hoai (born in 2003) - Head of the Security and Order Protection Team of Binh Phong Hamlet, Chau Thanh Commune, is energetic, devoted to his work, and actively supports the Commune Police in ensuring security and order in the area.

Mr. Hoai was a part-time commune police officer for more than 2 years. When the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level was established, he did not hesitate to accept the new task, quickly promoting the role of "locomotive" in many activities of the group.

Mr. Huynh Ngoc Hoai (left cover) was commended by his superiors for his achievements in the fight against crime.

"I proactively advise the Commune Police Command in ensuring security and order, and actively participate in building the movement of All People Protecting National Security not only in Binh Phong Hamlet but also in the entire commune" - Mr. Hoai said.

Not only participating in patrolling and handling situations arising in the area, Mr. Hoai also proactively coordinated with the hamlet committee to grasp the situation and provide information to help the Commune Police develop a plan to eradicate complex hotspots. For example, on September 17, 2025, at Suoi Muon hamlet, Mr. Hoai and the Commune Police arrested a subject illegally possessing drugs.

In addition, he also promotes the application of information technology to propagate the law through 19 Zalo groups of the hamlet; information about methods and tricks of criminals; fire prevention and fighting skills; thereby, raising legal awareness for the people. "Effective prevention is the key factor. I try to grasp the situation and promptly inform the regular police force to have quick and legal handling measures" - Mr. Hoai shared.

Realizing that many people, especially the elderly, were still confused about using technology devices and submitting documents online, Mr. Hoai proactively guided and supported. In September 2025, he supported people to successfully submit 128 permanent and temporary residence applications and 214 ID card applications.

Major Nguyen Hoai Tam - Deputy Chief of Chau Thanh Commune Police, said: "Mr. Hoai has a high sense of responsibility, regularly stays close to the grassroots, grasps the local situation, promptly advises and coordinates with the Commune Police to handle cases related to security and order. He behaves in a standard, gentle, close manner with everyone, and is trusted and believed by the masses. During his work, he actively coordinates with the local police to fight and destroy complicated hotspots in the commune."

Through their silent but meaningful actions, the forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level are contributing to creating a solid security posture in the locality. They are the important "links", the "extended arms" of the police force in maintaining security and order./.
