The International Institute for Education and Economics (ISIEE) is a member unit under the Association of Vietnamese Universities and Colleges, established under Decision No. 16/QD-HH-VTT dated June 10, 2022. Operating under the license of the Ministry of Science and Technology , ISIEE aims to become one of the most pioneering and reliable research organizations, acting as a bridge between theory and practice, between domestic education models and advanced trends around the world.

With the mission of focusing on investing in effective, internationally-standardized training solutions for the Vietnamese education system, ISIEE focuses on building replicable, cost-effective teaching models to help Vietnamese students easily access high-quality international education programs.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Loan, Director of the Institute for International Education and Economics (ISIEE), coordinated with the Board of Directors of the Department of Education and Training of Vinh Long province to organize the "Provincial English Speaking Contest 2025" for middle and high school students.

Operating with the philosophy of a non-profit educational research organization, ISIEE Institute carries a great aspiration, clearly expressed through the message of the Institute Director - MSc. Originating from the concern of many Vietnamese students, despite investing a lot of time in learning English, they still cannot listen and speak well, the Institute has focused on researching and proposing breakthrough solutions, in which the OMO model (Online-Merge-Offline) stands out.

Advanced solutions from in-depth research

The OMO model developed by ISIEE is a comprehensive educational ecosystem that flexibly combines face-to-face and online teaching methods with the support of artificial intelligence (AI). This model has been successfully applied to four core training programs, covering from high school to university, addressing urgent needs from supplementing Listening-Speaking skills (Ignite English, UNIS@ English) to international certification exam preparation (OMO IELTS) and dual degree training (Double Degrees).
