Content of the last working day of the 13th Central Conference

(Dan Tri) - At the closing session, the Central Committee discussed many important contents related to the socio-economic situation; time, content and program of the 14th Party Congress; and election regulations at the 14th Congress.

The Central Party Office has just released a communique on the last working day of the 13th Central Conference.

The closing session of the 13th Central Conference took place on the morning of October 8 under the direction of National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man .

At the meeting, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council Nguyen Xuan Thang presented the Politburo's report on the reception and explanation of the 6 contents discussed by the Central Committee.

These contents include: Draft Political Report to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; Draft Summary Report on a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam; Draft Summary Report on 15 years of implementing the Party Charter to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; Time, content and Program of the 14th National Party Congress; Working regulations of the 14th National Party Congress; Election regulations at the 14th National Party Congress.

Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh then, on behalf of the Politburo, presented the Politburo's report on the reception and explanation of the three contents discussed by the Central Committee.

These contents include: Report on the implementation of the 2025 socio-economic development plan, the 2026 plan; Report on the assessment of the implementation of the State budget in 2025, the 2026 budget estimate and the 3-year national financial and budget plan for 2026-2028; The 5-year national financial and budget plan for the period 2026-2030.

After discussing and giving opinions on the above contents, the delegates passed the Resolution of the 13th Central Conference. General Secretary To Lam delivered the closing speech of the Conference.

The Party Central Committee calls on the entire Party, people and army to join hands, unite, unite and strive to overcome all difficulties and challenges, quickly overcome the consequences of natural disasters, storms and floods, restore and boost production and business, and stabilize people's lives.

According to the Central Committee's direction, it is necessary to ensure maintaining national defense and security, successfully completing the socio-economic development task in 2025, and well organizing the Party Congresses of provinces, cities, and Party Congresses directly under the Central Committee towards the 14th National Party Congress.
