The period 2020-2025 is considered a challenging time for member companies of the Vietnam Chemical Group (VINACHEM), especially Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company.

The Covid-19 pandemic and the conflict in Eastern Europe have disrupted the global supply chain, leading to a sharp increase in input prices. In addition, logistics costs have also increased significantly after the pandemic, while supply is limited due to export policies from China.

The domestic fertilizer market also witnessed fierce competition as hundreds of new businesses entered the market, putting great pressure on traditional units.

Additionally, climate change causes extreme weather and unstable seasons, making fertilizer demand difficult to predict.

The smart rice cultivation process adapting to climate change in the Mekong Delta region recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment as a Technical Advance is a testament to the community efforts of Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company.

In that context, Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company still maintains stable revenue of more than 7,000 billion VND per year and maintains profits.

The company continues to maintain its leading position in the country in NPK fertilizer and expands its exports to the markets of Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar. These successes reflect the continuous efforts of all staff and employees along with the wise leadership of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Ngo Van Dong – General Director of Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company, plays a key role in helping the company overcome the above difficulties. He has directed the implementation of many timely and practical solutions to optimize operations as well as flexibly adjust production plans according to fluctuations in raw material prices.

He is particularly interested in promoting the application of digital technology in business administration. At the same time, Binh Dien always ensures product quality and builds a systematic dealer system.

In particular, the company focuses on building long-term trust with farmers - the company's core customer group.

Mr. Ngo Van Dong - General Director of Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company, was honored as an Excellent Manager of Vietnam Chemical Industry Group for the period 2020-2025 in recognition of his great contributions in leading Binh Dien to sustainable development.

While many businesses in the same industry have had to downsize or suffer large losses, Binh Dien has maintained remarkable stability and the ability to quickly adapt to market fluctuations.

This clearly demonstrates the effective management capacity of Mr. Ngo Van Dong - an experienced, decisive leader who is always close to reality.

The achievements of Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company are a highlight in the patriotic emulation movement of the entire VINACHEM system in the period of 2020-2025, contributing significantly to the completion of the group's common production and business goals.

At the 6th Patriotic Emulation Congress, Mr. Ngo Van Dong was honored as Vinachem's Outstanding Leader for the period 2020-2025 - this is a worthy recognition for his great contributions in leading Binh Dien to sustainable development amidst many great challenges as well as contributing to the overall success of the Vietnam Chemical Group.

The report presented by Mr. Ho The Huy, representing the company, highlighted the positive results of this program in supporting farmers to increase crop productivity; at the same time, reduce production costs and protect the environment.

The program aims to build a sustainable agricultural development in line with green trends and friendly to nature.

The 6th Patriotic Emulation Congress of VINACHEM ended with great success with the spirit of innovation spreading strongly throughout the system.

New orientations for the 2025-2030 period promise to bring even more outstanding achievements to the Vietnamese industrial chemical industry in general and its member units in particular.
