The Government requests Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Government agencies, and Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities to focus on effectively implementing the following key contents:

Implement the Politburo 's resolutions on science and technology, innovation, national digital transformation; international integration; law making and enforcement; private economic development.

Continue to strongly promote growth associated with maintaining macroeconomic stability, controlling inflation, ensuring major economic balances, ensuring the growth target of 8.3-8.5% in 2025.

Ministries, sectors, and localities accelerate the disbursement of public investment capital, implement national target programs, and prepare and organize groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for major works and projects nationwide on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, September 2.

Promote synchronous development of industries and fields; firmly ensure national energy and food security; remove difficulties and obstacles for production and business, effectively handle weak and long-standing projects and enterprises.

Strengthen trade promotion, expand and diversify markets, export goods and supply chains; make full use of the domestic market; continue to strengthen the fight against smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, and infringement of intellectual property rights...
