Strive for state budget revenue in 2025 to increase by 25% compared to the estimate

The Government has just issued Official Dispatch No. 184/CD-TTg on state budget management in the last months of 2025.

According to the telegram, by September 30, 2025, state budget revenue will reach approximately 100% of the 2025 estimate. To improve the efficiency of state budget management and operation in the last months of 2025, striving for state budget revenue to increase by at least 25% compared to the estimate, contributing to achieving the target of economic growth of over 8% for the whole year, the Prime Minister requested ministries, branches, sectors and localities to implement solutions to increase budget revenue and save expenditure.

Specifically: focus on and drastically accelerate the progress of implementation and disbursement of public investment capital, especially key and important national works and projects; strive to complete the target of disbursing 100% of the public investment capital plan in 2025; urge to boost revenues from production and business and from land; invest in construction and purchase of public assets in accordance with the correct regime and norms, ensuring savings and efficiency; proactively use budget reserves, financial reserve funds, budget surpluses and legal local resources to handle tasks of spending on prevention and overcoming consequences of natural disasters, epidemics and other urgent and extraordinary spending tasks arising according to regulations.
