Artificial intelligence (AI) is creeping into music , from composition, arrangement to performance. This trend is also exploding in many countries, leading to heated debates.
Regarding this issue, diva Thanh Lam shared with Dan Tri reporter: "AI is a part of life, but can never compare to human creativity. Humans have emotions, how can technology compare?"
The female artist added: "Someone joked that 'robots will sing better than professional singers, including Thanh Lam'. However, when working directly with AI-based audio software, I realized that artificial intelligence cannot compete with the human brain and heart."

Despite the rapid development of technology, Thanh Lam has remained steadfast in her commitment to the emotional value of music, which has helped her maintain her form throughout nearly four decades of singing. Currently, the singer of “Giọt Nắng Bến Kh” still regularly appears in major art programs, affirming her position as a leading diva.
Recently, Thanh Lam was announced to participate in the Jazz Concert - IMMERSER program, a special music night gathering the top names of world jazz music.
In particular, the program features the participation of "Jazz Knight" Niels Lan Doky, an internationally renowned Vietnamese pianist who has performed at Carnegie Hall (USA), Royal Albert Hall (UK) and Blue Note (Japan).
In addition, two famous artists - Felix Pastorius (bass guitar, USA) and Jonas Johansen (drums, Denmark) - will also come to Ho Chi Minh City to perform in the program on November 15.

Thanh Lam revealed that she collaborated with Niels Lan Doky more than 20 years ago on the album Asian Sessions , when she was only 30 years old and had just given birth to her third child.
"This time, he returned to Vietnam, I am very happy to meet him again. In the upcoming concert, I will sing the songs recorded on his CD. This is a feeling of both excitement and nervousness," the diva shared.
During the concert, Thanh Lam also had a special duet with Ha Tran. "We both discussed carefully for the joint performance. Singing jazz is singing in a wide range, full of improvisation, so I believe when standing on stage with Ha Tran, we will let our emotions guide us," said the female singer.

Diva Thanh Lam also praised director Pham Hoang Nam, who was in charge of directing the program, as a "perfectionist and meticulous" person.
"I'm also a perfectionist, so I believe we will work well together. With a room of only about 500 guests and such a talented group of artists, everyone puts pressure on themselves to create a perfect music night," Thanh Lam added.
