Launching the "Vietnam Post Cultural Journey" Contest in 2024

With the goal of creating a cultural playground, helping employees and workers of Vietnam Post throughout the network understand the culture of Vietnam Post, helping workers throughout the Vietnam Post network clearly understand and imbue the vision, mission, core values ​​and standards of behavior in their individual roles. Vietnam Post Corporation launched the "Vietnam Post Cultural Journey" Contest. This is one of a series of activities to implement Corporate Culture in 2024.

Accordingly, from November 21, 2024 to December 8, 2024, all officers, employees and workers of the entire Vietnam Post network will participate in 6 exam rounds (each exam round includes a trial exam and an official exam). Specifically:

- Phase 1 (from November 21 to November 23): For Leaders and all professional and technical workers at the Departments, Centers of the Agency Block, and units under the Corporation.

- Phase 2 (from November 24 to November 26): For 100% of Transaction Officers

- Phase 3 (from November 27 to November 29): For 100% of postmen

- Phase 4 (from November 30 - December 2): For 100% of communes, communes with Cultural communes

- Phase 5 (from December 3 - December 5): For 100% of Post Office - Cultural staff

- Phase 6 (from December 6 to December 8): for 2,828 Sales staff, Mining workers, and Transportation workers.

Before each official exam, each employee title will be tested on the E-learning system of the Corporation at https://study.vnpost.vn/home/loginUser via HRM account. Each official exam lasts 15 minutes with 20 questions, candidates need to answer 10/20 questions correctly, limited to a maximum of 3 attempts and get the highest score in 3 attempts.

The contest content will revolve around topics related to the structure, corporate culture, and codes of conduct for each labor position built on the basis of guiding documents: Decision 128/QD-BĐVN - HDTV dated July 31, 2019 on promulgating the structure and core content of corporate culture of Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group; Decision 1069/QD-BĐVN dated July 31, 2019 on promulgating the code of conduct for management staff, standards of conduct for postmen and transaction officers; Decision 196/QD-BĐVN-HDTV dated July 31, 2019 on promulgating standards of conduct for direct sales staff, mining workers, transportation workers, and the content of slogans serving production and business.

The individuals who complete the exam with the highest results and submit their work first in each round will receive the program's prize. The Corporation will summarize the prizes, announce and award the high-winning entries, from high to low, 20 prizes per round.
