104 cases of traffic safety violations were fined "coldly"

(BGDT) - From July 15 to 25, through the traffic surveillance camera system, the Traffic Police Department, Bac Giang Provincial Police discovered and "coldly" fined 104 cases of traffic safety violations.

Car 30G - 90539 did not obey the traffic light signal at the intersection of Voi town (Lang Giang).

Of these, 13 cases involved disobeying traffic lights, 44 cases involved stopping and parking under overpasses, 2 cases involved picking up passengers on the highway, 1 case involved reversing on the highway, and 44 cases involved speeding.

Within 10 days (from the date of posting the notice), the violator is required to come to the headquarters of the Traffic Police Department, Bac Giang Provincial Police, address: No. 7, Xuong Giang Street, Tran Phu Ward, Bac Giang City to resolve according to regulations.

If the violator does not come to resolve the matter, the Traffic Police Department will coordinate with the local authorities where the vehicle owner resides, studies, works or has its headquarters to handle the matter.

Within 20 days, information on violations will be posted on the Traffic Police Department's website, and the warning status will be updated to the Registration Authority (for vehicles requiring inspection) for handling.
