Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Gau: Focus immediately on implementing tasks for the common development of the province

BAC GIANG - On the afternoon of June 30, the Executive Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee (new) for the 2020-2025 term held its First Conference. Comrade Nguyen Van Gau, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that this was the first conference of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Executive Committee after the merger. With the tradition of solidarity within the entire Party Committee, he requested the 71 members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee to be deeply aware of the responsibilities assigned to them before the Politburo , the Secretariat, and the People; and to well implement the principle of democratic centralism for the common development of the province.

In the process of performing tasks, it is necessary to apply creativity and flexibility to make the apparatus operate effectively. Focus on promoting collective intelligence in building Congress documents; take advantage of potentials and advantages to develop the province more and more, implement social security so that people can have a better life.

At the conference, the Provincial Party Executive Committee approved the draft Working Regulations of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; the draft Working Program of the Provincial Party Committee for 2025; approved the draft Working Regulations of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; reported on the organization of the apparatus, establishment of agencies and units of the Provincial Party Committee and the project to establish Provincial Party Committees.

Concluding the conference, comrade Nguyen Van Gau directed agencies, units and localities to focus on completing the arrangement of organizational apparatus, both organizing work from July 1 and urgently completing the arrangement of equipment and facilities for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers. Immediately start building work programs for each month, each week and each day.

The Provincial Party Secretary noted that it is necessary to absolutely comply with Conclusion No. 170/KL-TW of the Secretariat, strictly prohibiting the organization of parties and celebrations for inaugurations and promotions related to the arrangement and merger of administrative units.

Immediately focus on implementing the work of agencies, units, and localities. Timely support people and businesses in carrying out administrative procedures. The Provincial Party Committee, when operating the new apparatus, must synthesize the daily operations of departments, branches, communes, and wards with difficulties and problems, and report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

With the weather forecast to be unfavorable and storms to last, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches, communes and wards to proactively grasp the situation to promptly take preventive measures and minimize damage caused by storms and floods. He requested flood-prone areas and localities to proactively focus on consolidating and strengthening the dyke system; preventing flooding, paying attention to the on-site plan 4.

The industry, agriculture and localities are interested in supporting people to consume lychee. Focus on organizing art programs and fireworks to serve the people to ensure safety and joy.

He suggested that in the coming time, the Provincial Party Committee members should strengthen inspection, urge and encourage the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees to overcome difficulties and successfully complete assigned tasks.
